The Church of God

Chapter 1
INTRODUCTION
Founded on the Rock
While the term “Protestant” originated in Reformation times, when strong fearless men boldly protested against the false doctrines of the Roman Catholic church, we shall use the same term to represent a people who, long before the days of the reformers, stood for the faith of Protestantism. The Scriptural name applied to these people at the time of our Savior was the “Church of God,” and this work will prove, as it has set out to do, both from Scripture and secular history, that this New Testament church was not the church which later ruled the world from Rome, known as the Roman Catholic church. The church set in order by Jesus Christ has remained separate and distinct down through the gospel dispensation to the present time, and, even amidst the most severe persecution, it has held forth the true light, carrying the torch of freedom and religious liberty down to our own day and time. The word “Protestant” should not apply only to the people who in the days of Martin Luther protested against the error and corruption of the Church of Rome; but it rightly applies to a people who have since the days of Moses, and even before that time, protested against error, superstition, idolatry, mythology, witchcraft, and every form of pagan religion and philosophy. Hence this work, as it sets forth the true history of these protesting people, cannot have for its beginning the time of the Protestant Reformation, or even the days of our Savior. Mention is made of the “Church,” as found in Acts 7:38, which takes us to a much earlier period. The text reads, speaking of Jesus, “This is He that was with the church in the wilderness.” The same church being constituted of, as it always has, God’s true children here upon earth, existed in the wilderness. Instead of Jesus endeavoring to reform it with so much corruption, error, and superstition, he immediately set out in the work of reorganization, choosing anew the twelve and the seventy

Chapter 2
BRIEF PROPHETICAL ANALYSIS
The Two Churches Contrasted
The church set in order by Jesus with the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and with proper administration of government, is symbolized by a virtuous woman in the New Testament. The Lord says of her, “I am jealous over you with a godly jealousy for I have espoused you unto one husband, that I may present you a chaste virgin to Christ,” II Corinthians 11:2. In Revelation 19:7-9, the church is again spoken of as the bride, the Lamb’s wife, having on the wedding garments of linen clean and white. Again, John the Revelator beholds this church in vision, and describes her, as follows: “And there appeared a great wonder in heaven, a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars” Revelation 12:1. A woman being a symbol of a church, we have here in prophecy the true church of the apostles’ time, clothed with the sun, the ruler of the day. All darkness was expelled, and the sunlight of God’s truth and righteousness radiated with brightness and splendor as the power of the sun. She had the moon under her feet, thus picturing that the ruler of night and darkness was subdued and under subjection; while her crown of twelve stars symbolized the twelve apostles. That this woman, or true church, did not fall, and later become the Catholic church ruling from Rome, is evident; for there are two churches clearly set forth in the Scriptures, existing in the same period, one driven to the wilderness, while the other is exalted to civil power, and rules the world from Rome. This second woman, or church, is introduced in prophecy in Revelation 17:1-6. The angel said to John, “Come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters . . . And I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet colored beast full of the names of blasphemy . . . the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet color, and decked with gold and precious stones . . . upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS . . . and I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus.” The fact that this second woman becomes drunk with the blood of the saints, and the blood of the martyrs of Jesus, shows clearly that the two churches, were different, yet existed together, and that the woman drinking of this blood was not the true church. Verse 15 says, “The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.” This fallen woman, or church, ruled over the world. She sat in authority and power, being united with the state, and thus put to death the martyrs of Jesus who constituted the true church of God. Noting the contrast in the two churches, it is sufficient evidence of their distinction and entire separation. One was clothed with the sun, the other adorned with gold and precious stones; one held the moon under her feet, the other was seated upon the beast; one possessed the crown of twelve stars, the other wearing the inscription, “Mystery, Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots”; and one was drunk on the blood of the saints, and the blood of the martyrs of Jesus, while the other was driven into the wilderness, nourished there of God.

The Church Name in Both Old and New Testaments
From the time of the exodus of the twelve tribes of Israel from Egyptian bondage, to the advent of our Savior, the church was called “Israel,” this term having originated through the experience of Jacob wrestling with the angel. The church in the wilderness was organized with twelve patriarchs, one at the head of each of the twelve tribes, Numbers 10, and then the Sanhedrin, or the seventy elders, Exodus 24:1 and Numbers 11:16. This form of church government and organization remained until the dispersion of Israel, and the Sanhedrin continued until the time of Jesus. The name “Israel” was also the name applying to these people. The prophet Isaiah, speaking of events concerning the church, said, “And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory, and thou shalt be called by a new name which the mouth of the Lord shall name,” Isaiah 62:2. This prophecy was fulfilled when the Gentiles were received into God’s favor, beholding His righteousness, and receiving His favors through Jesus. The church was to be “called by a new name,” which the mouth of the Lord would name. This also met its fulfillment when Jesus gave the new name for the church recorded twelve times in the New Testament, viz., “The Church of God.” In the Savior’s prayer before Calvary, he said, “Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me . . . while I was with them . . . I kept in thy name . . . I have declared unto them thy name, and I will declare it,” John 17:11, 12, 26. That Isaiah’s prophecy was fulfilled in the change of name from “Israel” to the “Church of God” is further seen by reading Acts 20:28, “Take heed therefore unto yourselves and to all the flock over which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which He hath purchased with His own blood.” In I Corinthians 1:2, Paul addresses the church at Corinth, as follows: “To the church of God which is at Corinth.” Nowhere do we find the Catholic church spoken of; still they claim to be the oldest in the world. The people following the Lord Jesus, called out from both 11 Jews and Gentiles, I Corinthians 10:32, and called the church of God, were not the forerunners of the Roman church, as definite history, set forth in the further pages of this work, will prove. We find Paul discussing the church, 59 A.D., in the following manner. He says, “For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ,” I Corinthians 12:12. The church therefore existed as one body to this time, and the Word said further that when one member suffers, all members suffer with it, and when one member is honored all members rejoice with it. Five years later, in 64 A.D., Paul says, “I bow my knees to the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ, of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,” Ephesians 3:14, 15.

Blood Moon theory Debunked Part 1

FOUR BLOOD MOON'S of 2014 and 2015

Are these signs in the heavens fulfilling Biblical Prophecy's?

John Hagee and Mark Biltz are they right? Does the Tetrad of 2014-2015 reveal, declare or fulfil Biblical prophecy?

This video was not created by me, but I am in agreement with it and therefore re-post it to share with you all.
In Part 2 I will reveal and explain what the bible has to say on these Four Blood Moons. Also, the dangers associated with basing prophecy's of these four blood moons

The Last Generation: The Abomination that Maketh Desolate

The Last Generation
The Abomination that Maketh Desolate

Daniel 12:11,12

11And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

12Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.
The backdrop for the study of the Last generation begins with the chastisement of Israel since they walked contrary to God’s will According to Amos 9:9 ...will sift the house of Israel among all nations… and also (Levi 26:27-28… I, will chastise you seven times for your sins… (7x360=2520days = 2520years)) see Ezekiel 4:5-6. This began with the capture of Jerusalem by Nebuchadnezzar in 606 B.C and ended in 1914 in the first World War.

Daniel 12:1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

The time of Israel deliverance would have been a time of much trouble, the world war in 1914 fulfilled this prophetic word perfectly when the Jews began to return to their own land which ends the period of punishment (7x) which God had promised.

Daniel 12:11

In this verse Daniel is given another prophetic time line which begins during Israel's chastisement and this timeline has a length of 1290days and begins with TWO definite elements to mark its starting point (1) the Removal of the daily sacrifice and (2) The setting up of the abomination that maketh desolate.

Hebrews 10:3,11

According to Hebrews the daily sacrifice is the sacrifice which were made by the priest for the remission of sins on behalf of the people. Now since the Jews did not accept Jesus as the Lamb of God they continued to offer animal sacrifices until it was taken away by the Roman General Titus for the second time. The first time took place in 167-164 B.C by Antiochus Epiphanes. The third and last time was by the mohammedians or Turks & Arabs who took possession of Jerusalem in 632A.D. Now this is the first event that was to take place according to Daniel 12:11. Lets take a look at the abomination that maketh desolate. Jesus refrred to this same event in Matt24:15,16. Now lets note the key phrase in Verse 15:...The abomination of Desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet STAND IN THE HOLY PLACE…. Also note Mark 13:14 how this same event to take place was stated verse 14:...the abomination of Desolation spoken of by Daniel the Prophet standing where it ought not. Also Daniel 12:11 says that the abomination which maketh desolate will be set up. History shows that when the mohammaedians took over Jerusalem they did set up a structure on the holy mountain where the Jewish temple once stood. In fact this structure called the Dome of the Rock covers what is called the Foundation Stone which is claimed to be by some Jews the spot of the Holy of Holies of the Jewish temple. So basically, this structure fulfilled what chist said in Matthew that the ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION WILL STAND IN THE HOLY PLACE . Now this Dome of The Rock was completed in 691A.D. That was when both events in Daniel 12:11 was completed.

Lets do some maths.

1290days (years) after 691AD Brings us to 1290+691=1981. The Year 1981

1335 days

Daniel goes on in verse 12 to give us another time period as an extension from the 1290 days. He said blessed is he that waiteth to 1335 day which is an additional 45 days (years) This waiting time is just 45 years further which takes us from 1981 to 2026. This goes into the Kingdom but does not give the date of Christ coming because of what Jesus said in Matthew 24:22. Notice that during this same discourse and just after talking about the abomination that maketh desolate, therefore it is these days that Jesus refers to, this is the Last Generation we are in now. Jesus further says of his coming during the waiting time or the Generation in Luke 21:29-32 that this generation shall not pass away until all be fulfilled. In saying this Jesus was referring to the events previously stated between verse 20-24 which speaks of the destruction of Jerusalem and verse 25-28 which speaks of the sign of the times before Chirst returns.

Behold the fig tree, and all the trees; when they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand. So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is night at hand. Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away till all be fulfilled, Luke 21:29-32.

"Note:  In the verses preceding these quoted above, Jesus mentions Jerusalem being trodden down by the Gentiles with the Jews scattered among all nations UNTIL the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. Then He speaks of distress of nations, with perplexity, and men's hearts failing them for fear and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth. Then He compares these things to the leaves on the trees which show summer to be near at hand. When we see the leaves on the trees, He says we know of our own selves that summer is nigh at hand. "LIKEWISE YE, WHEN YE SEE THESE THINGS COME TO PASS, KNOW YE THAT THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS NIGH AT HAND." Also that the generation living then would not pass away until ALL was fulfilled.

11 How many years is a generation according to the scriptures?
So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; and from David to the carrying away into Babylon are fourteen generations; and from the carrying away into Babylon unto Christ are fourteen generations.

Note:
Here we have three periods of fourteen generations each, from Abraham to Christ, and this includes 1900 years. See dates given at the top of your Bible (most Bibles have them) in Genesis 18th chapter. It was also at this time when Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed by fire, which were set forth as examples of those that would afterwards live ungodly. Jude 1:7 and II Peter 2:6. Anciently, fire was put on a tall watchtower as a signal of approaching danger, Jeremiah 6:1.
Dividing 1900 years by the forty-two generations from Abraham to Christ, we have approximately forty-five years to a generation. This is the exact period of the waiting time in Daniel 12:12, as previously set forth in the 1290 and 1335 year periods.
Consequently, before this generation comes to its close Jesus will appear in the clouds of heaven in majestic power and glory, as He has promised. He said this generation would not pass away until all was fulfilled, therefore, we will not reach the end of it until the kingdom is here. Those days are to be shortened for the elect's sake.
Dear reader, we must use our life now for God, or it will be too late. We must put our means into the closing message of world-wide warning of the pending judgment. "Prepare to meet thy God, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."  Bible Home Instructor

In conclusion let us answer the key question. What is a generation according to scripture? In Matthew 1:17 we have 3 time periods of 14 generations starting from Abraham to Christ. This give us 42 generations altogether. This period covers 1900 years. Lets do some maths. If we divide 1900 years by 42 we get approximately 45 years to a generation which is the exact period of waiting time in Daniel 12:12. One Generation, This Generation.

The Battle of Armageddon

The Battle of Armageddon
1 What did Jesus say of the conditions that would prevail on the earth after His ascension?
And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet, Matthew 24:6.

2 What did He say further about war?
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines and pestilences and earthquakes in divers places, Matthew 24:7.

3 At the end of the present dispensation and just before Jesus is seen coming in the clouds of heaven, will there be peace on earth or distress of nations?
And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations with perplexity: the sea and the waves roaring. Men's hearts failing them for fear and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth; for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory, Luke 21:25-27.

4 From the last testimony of Jesus 96 A.D., what does He say of the earthly powers just before the time comes for the dead to be resurrected, and the prophets to be rewarded?
And the nations were angry, and Thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto Thy servants the prophets, and to the saints . . . and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth, Revelation 11:18.

5 As the above evidence from the witnesses of God who have spoken upon this subject all agree that the coming of Christ, and the end of this age will be at a time of war, when the nations are angry, what is further said of the name and location of the last battle?
And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth, and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. Behold, I come as a thief, blessed is he that watcheth . . . . And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon, Revelation 16:13-16.

Note:
We note here the injunction, in the midst of these momentous events, "Behold, I come as a thief," so when this time is reached Christ is going to come quickly. It will be noted also in this account of the last battle, that the war is caused by the elimination of unclean spirits from the dragon, beast and false prophet. These are symbols of the three great false religious systems of the present time which will exist until Jesus comes: Paganism, Catholicism, and Mohammedanism.

6 Following the battle of Armageddon what are the next events in their order?
And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air: and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. And there were voices and thunders and lightnings, and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth . . . . And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found, verses 17 to 20.

Note:
The location of the last battle as given in verse 16 is at a place called "Armageddon." The only place of this name now known in Geography is about fifty miles north and a little west of Jerusalem, Palestine. It is on the plains of Esdralon overlooked by the hills of Megeddo. This has in Bible history been the scene of many bloody battles, and there is here a small stream by that name, and also a village. The name dates far back into the annals of history and is supposed to have originated from the battle fought at this place by the Lord in defense of the Army of Gideon, where only 300 select men won a victory over many thousand of their enemy through the intervention of the power of God.

From various scriptural readings as well as of the fact that the word "Gideon" means "the sword of God," the battle of Armageddon carries with it the significance of the presence of the power of God, with all His angelical hosts, in defense of His people. At this time the power of righteousness will triumph victoriously over the monster sin in all of its varied forms.

7 What does Zechariah say about the location of the last battle of this dispensation?
Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee. For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle, Zechariah 14:1, 2.

8 In the next verse of this chapter what does the Lord do at this time?
Then shall the Lord go forth and fight against those nations as when He fought in the days of battle, verse 3.

9 Will Christ come during the time of this great conflict of the nations?
And His feet shall stand in that day upon the Mount of Olives, verse 4, first part of verse.

Note:
When Jesus ascended to the Father, the message of the angels to the apostles was, that this same Jesus which is taken up from you into heaven shall so come in like manner as ye have seen Him go. He ascended from the Mount of Olives, and when He returns this is the place where His feet will stand.

10 How do we know that this prophecy does not refer to the time of Christ's first coming, when He so often frequented the Mount of Olives?
And the Mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west . . . and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south, verse 4, last part.

Note:
It will be seen from the following verse the first part of which is given above, that when the Lord's feet come upon the Mount of Olives, at His second coming, the mount divides asunder, and moves away.

11 Who will be king of the earth following this time?
And the Lord shall be king over all the earth; in that day shall there be one Lord and His name one, verse 9.

12 What does God reveal to us through Ezekiel, regarding the location of the last battle, the nations involved in the struggle, and the victory?
Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, (See lesson on Russia in Bible prophecy). "After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them," Ezekiel 38:2, 8.

Note:
It will be seen that the power above mentioned is to come against the mountains of Israel, which is the Holy Land and includes the mountains of Israel, which is the Holy Land and includes the mountains sacred to the Israelitish nations during their former history.

Notice particularly the statement, that it would be after many days, and in the latter years. Also this power is to come against a people that have been gathered out of many nations, and into a land that has been desolate but is now inhabited. This speaks in plain terms about the Jewish people, who are of the seed of Israel, and who have been scattered among all the nations of the earth, and are now being gathered back to the Holy Land, which had been truly desolated for many centuries. See previous lessons about Jerusalem, and also about the dispersion, and regathering of these people, to the mountains of Israel, where this battle will be fought.

13 What does God say He will do when Gog comes against the land of Israel?
And it shall come to pass at the same time when Gog shall come against the land of Israel, saith the Lord God, that my fury shall come up in My face. For in My jealousy and in the fire of my wrath have I spoken. Surely in that day there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel. So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at My presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground. And I will call for a sword against him throughout all My mountains, saith the Lord God, every man's sword shall be against his brother. And I will plead against him with pestilence, and with blood, and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire and brimstone, Ezekiel 38:18 to 22.

14 What will God accomplish by this miracle, when He destroys the armies that come against the people that are gathered at Jerusalem, and the land of Israel?
Thus will I magnify Myself, and sanctify Myself, and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the Lord, verse 23.

The Third angel's Message

The third Angel's Message
Come out of her my people!!!!
Who is the beast of Revelation 17:11, “that was and is not”? Who is the beast of Revelation 13:11, “he had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke as dragon”? These are warning messages from God concerning the last days. In Matthew 24:1-4, Jesus and his disciples looked upon the buildings of the temple and he told them of the destruction of the temple, the asked him, “What shall be the sign of they coming, and of the end of the world”? Jesus answered, “Take heed that no man deceive you”. Also in verse 11, he told them “many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many” and Paul wrote this same thing to Timothy in I Timothy 4:1, “ in the latter times, some shall depart from the faith giving heed to seducing spirits (false prophets) and doctrine of devils.”

In answer to their question about the end of the world, in Matthew 24:36, he told them, “ of that day and hour knoweth no ma, not even the angels, but my father only.” However, he said to them in the 44th verse, “be ye also ready” for that hour in Matthew 25:1-3, he speaks of those who are ready and those who are not and verse 10 says, “they that were ready went in with him and the door was shut.” They that were not ready did not get in and so verse 13 tells us to watch for all the signs of things to come to pass. Well, you are ready because of I Thessalonians 5:1-6. If we study our bible as God tells us to in II Timothy 2:15, we know the times and seasons are not asleep, but are watching, then we are ready and doing the job given unto us as in Matthew 24:45-46, giving them meat in due season message.

“Come out of Her My People”
What is the meat in due season message? It is the warning message for the last days in Revelation 14:9-12, “if any man worships the beast and his image, the same shall drink of the wrath of God.” This is God’s word to his saints so we must know about the beast and his image. We know that in Daniel’s prophecy there were four beasts and Daniel 7:17 says, “These great beasts are kings” or kingdoms. The vision Daniel had is in Daniel 7:2-8, “the first was like a lion, a second was like a bear, the third like a leopard and the fourth was dreadful and terrible and had 10 horns.”

Now we have four kingdoms to rule over the earth and because Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon, had a dream in Daniel 2:31-36 and unto Daniel was given, by the God in heaven, the interpretation found in verses 37-45, we have the first kingdom of Babylon, the second kingdom of Media Persia as we read in Daniel 8:20, the third kingdom of Greece in Daniel 8:21 and the fourth kingdom of Rome as all the history books bear witness. The fifth or last kingdom will be the coming of the Lord to set-up to set-up His rule over the earth and will be the everlasting kingdom shown in Daniel 7:27. Now remember, the fourth beast had 10 horns or kings in Daniel 7:8 and 20, but another horn came up and destroyed three of the original 10, “plucked up by the roots” and this king had eyes of a man and a mouth speaking great things, verse8, and what he would speak was “great things against the most high,” against God; “and would think to change times and laws” or the law of God, verse 25. this power would be the enemy of the saints of god and would war( by false doctrine) with the saints, from the day it came to power by destroying the tree kings until the saints are gathered into the kingdom of Christ at His coming. See verse 21 and 22.

This power or horn which came up was the papacy in Rome. There were ten kingdoms in the latter days of the Roman Empire and three were destroyed when the papacy came to power in verses 23 and 24, and certainly fulfilled verse 25, changing times and laws. It corrupted the Sabbath of God with Sunday worship, changed the birth of Christ to Christmas, changed the only sign given (three days and three nights in the grave) of the death and resurrection of Christ to Easter worship, corrupted the forgiveness of sins by Christ with priests, claimed the Pope as representative of Christ and can do these things, and corrupted the nations with wealth and power.
If we read Revelation 13:1-8, we find references to the same beast, the lion, bear, leopard and the beast with seven heads and ten horns. Also we read, “The dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.” (verse3) The entire world worshiped the dragon and the beast (verse7 and 8). This dragon is the devil (see Revelation 20:2). This beast upon his head was the name of blasphemy (Revelation 13:1)
“blasphemed against God, and made war with the saints.” (Verse 6 and 7)
In Revelation 17:3, we read that a woman (church) sat upon this beast with seven heads and ten horns and “was drunken with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus”. (verse6) God spoke of her as “the great whore that sitteth upon many waters (verse1) and verse15 tells us that waters are people and nations.

This woman (church) is also called, “Mystery, Babylon the great, and the Mother of Harlots and Abominations of the Earth.” (verse5) these verses refer to the Church of Rome which controls the beast. The beast (verse11) that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven in the prophetic history of the beast under the papacy. The papacy was in control until the year 1798 when the pope was taken prisoner by the French army and his deadly wound was healed in the year 1929, when Italy’s Mussolini restored his dominion over the Vatican City. (See Revelation 13:3)

Now we have the power of the woman (church) which rode the beast, restored, but the Roman Empire is no longer here to enforce here rule. However, the devil who continues to make war with the saints who “keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ (Revelation12:17), will have his way. For in Revelations 13:11-17, we find another beast with “two horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon (devil). “He exercised all the power of the first beast” and causeth the world to worship the power whose deadly wound was healed (verse12). He deceiveth the world by wonders and miracles as in verse13 and causes the world to make an image of the first beast as in verse 14. His power will give life to the image.
Notice that all of the beast introduced in prophecy come up out of the sea, or from among the peoples nations and tongues. Rev. 17:15, But this beast comes up out of the earth. Quite a contrast indeed. Now notice in the previous chapter of Revelation, and last verse(Rev. 12:17), that the EARTH helped the woman, after the period of 1260 years persecution by the beast and the dragon. This was the discovery of the new continent of NORTH AMERICA, and the establishment there of a nation, of freedom of worship, the U.S.A.

When life is given to this image, the beast will cause as many as would not worship this power of Satan to be killed (verse15) and no man will be able to buy or sell without the mark of the beast. What is that mark? Revelation14:9, calls it his mark or the devil’s mark for he is the power behind all this. In verse 11, it is called the mark of his name. Revelation13:16-17. Also says the mark of the name and the number of his name, which verse 18 says is 666. The mark we well know, also the name and the number when the time comes, because Revelation 20; 4 shows us the children of God did not receive his mark. God’s servants have the seal of God we read in Revelation7:3, 9 and 14. This seal is the father’s name (Revelation14:1 and Revelation 22:4). This was promised in Revelation 3:12.
This is the third angel’s message that is warning to the whole world. Warning us not to worship the beast and his image and not receive his mark (Revelation 14:9-12), for God hath judged the great whore (Revelation19:2) and when Christ comes as “King of Kings, and lord of lords” verse 16, against the beast, the kings and their armies (verse19), “the beast was taken and with him the false prophet, that wrought miracles before him, with which he had deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image were cast into the lake of fire.” (verse20) But the righteous who had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark lived and reined with Christ a thousand years (Revelation20:4).
Remember Revelation1:1-3, “Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of the prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein; for the time is at hand.”

Will the Earth be Destroyed

The End of the World, Doomsday, Polar shifts, Judgement Day, Destruction of the World.
Talks of the Mayans Calendar December 21, 2012, End world, have caused many debts and confusions over the past few years.

Dear reader what does the Bible tell us!
Jeremiah 33:3 Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not. (If you want answers to seek God)

What does the bible say about the End of the World?

Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces. Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth Dan 2:34-35 (KJV)
Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.

Dan 2:45 (KJV)

Daniel speaks of a Kingdom been set up on earth that will destroy all that was before it and those that would be present at that time. The divided kingdom of Iron and Clay and all that remains of the four kingdoms that ruled the world would face the fiery Judgement by the Ancient of Days (Jesus Christ) When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: Matt 25:31 (KJV)

The Governments of these four Kingdoms in Daniel 2 & 7 Along with their religions, forms of false worship and their corruptions will be completely destroyed, given to the burning flame. Daniel, therefore, gives a picture not of the Destruction of the Earth, end of all life, as many Doomsday theories teach. Daniel shows a Judgement scene

I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.  A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened. I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.  As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time.  I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

Dan 7:9-14 (KJV)

 The Wicked facing the wrath of the Lord for the evil deeds they have committed on the earth. He also shows that the Lord will set up an everlasting Kingdom that will be upon the earth Daniel 7:14. Which will also be possessed by the saints of the Most High;

But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom forever, even forever and ever. Dan 7:18 (KJV)
Daniel the Prophet of the Lord shows a kingdom that will be set up forever upon the EARTH. Ruled by Jesus Christ and given to the Saints who will serve and obey him.

And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him. Dan 7:27 (KJV)

Read also Revelation 14; 18 these chapters also show the destruction of a system, government; religion the system Babylon and not of the destruction of EARTH.
The bible teaches the Meek that wait upon the Lord and are blessed of Him will inherit the Earth

Psalms 37: 9, 11, 22
9 For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the Lord, they shall inherit the earth

11 But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.

22 For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off
NOW Revelation 11:16-18 shows Judgement on the nations of the earth not on the earth itself
16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,

17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.

18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great;
and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

So will the Earth be destroyed? The Answer is NO!
Revelation 5: 10 Declares we shall reign on the EARTH

As for May 21, 2011, Return of Jesus and any other date setting groups out there. Jesus gave an explicit warning, he said
But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. Matt 24:36 (KJV)

Repent ye therefore for the Everlasting Kingdom of the Lord is at hand, in an hour ye think not, as a thief in the Night cometh the Son of God.
Therefore my dear reader watch be sober and committe your ways onto the Lord.

Volume 2 Lesson 2: Origin of Evil and The fall of man

Origin of Evil and The fall of man
Sin brings Separation from God
Separation from God
(From Forerunner Commentary) Genesis 3:7-10
Genesis 3:7-10 illustrates how no one is ever quite the same after sinning with knowledge. Notice Adam and Eve's sin occurs after God had instructed them (Genesis 2:16-17). Nobody had to tell them they had done wrong—they knew! Now they looked at things differently than they had before; a sense of wrong rushed in on them immediately. Just moments before, all had been friendly and joyful. All of nature seemed obedient to their every wish, and life was good. Suddenly, however, they felt guilt and fear, and it seemed as if every creature in the Garden had witnessed their act and condemned them. Feeling exposed, they sought to hide, illustrating that separation from the purity of God began immediately. The virtue of their innocence began to lose its luster.

David writes in Psalm 40:11-13:
Do not withhold Your tender mercies from me, O LORD; let Your lovingkindness and Your truth continually preserve me. For innumerable evils have surrounded me; my iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of my head; therefore my heart fails me. Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me; O LORD, make haste to help me!

Sin creates a sense of estrangement from God, leaving a tarnishing film on a person's mind. Paul reminds Titus, "To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled" (Titus 1:15). Sin perverts the mind so that one does not look at life in the same way as before. Jeremiah 6:15 describes a sickening end to repeated sin:

"Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? No! They were not at all ashamed; nor did they know how to blush. Therefore they shall fall among those who fall; at the time I punish them, they shall be cast down," says the LORD.

Some children are adorable because we love to see the beauty of their innocence. But what happens on the trip to adulthood? Sin alters the way a person looks at life and the world. With maturity, people become distrustful, sophisticated, competitive, cosmopolitan, cynical, suspicious, sarcastic, prejudiced, self-centered, and uninvolved. It is sin that drives people apart and creates fear.

Genesis 3:22
Exile is a form of punishment that God has used from the very beginning. Here in Genesis 3, in the book of beginnings, we have the first instance of exile imposed by God Himself. It was exile from the Garden of Eden, from all that was wonderful and good that God had created, the perfect environment in which He had placed Adam and Eve. They could never go back. God placed an angel with a flaming sword that would turn whichever way any man juked to get back. If it were still there, it would deny us "paradise" even now.

This context shows three reasons we can glean to determine why God uses exile. The first one is evident—it was punishment for their sins. Adam and Eve took of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil when God said they should not take of it. That is sin, breaking a direct command of God. Exile was the punishment.

What else can we glean? What did their exile do? It separated them from access to Him. So, secondly, exile separates man from God. He does not want to be separated from us, but because of sin, it happens. It must happen because He does not like sin in the least. So this is a kind of corollary to the first point. Sin brings exile, and sin causes separation from God.

The third point must be read into it, but it is obvious from God's intent and the way God is. God imposes exile to spur repentance because it should be the natural inclination of men who have known God and all the glorious things that we can have in His presence to return to His good graces.
In summary, the first point is exile occurs because of sin. The second point is exile happens because sinners must be separated from God. And the third point is God uses exile as a goad to motivate sinners to repent.

Prophetic Bible Chart

This is my revised prophetic Chart of Daniel and Revelation. These prophecies are given to us as a warning form the Most high God. Many of these prophecies have been fulfilled with great precision. Can we doubt that what is yet to come, will like wise come to pass also. Many bible prophecies are actually been fulfilled right before our eyes. There is a blessing in knowing and understanding these prophecies. Revelation 1:3 says:
Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.

Nebuchadnezzar's Dream

Nebuchadnezzar's Dream

Daniel 2:28
God reveals the interpretation of the king's dream to Daniel.

Daniel 2:36-38
The prophetic timelines of the kingdoms begins with Nebuchadnezzar. God had given him Dominion and rulership over the whole earth. However, we still need to bear in mind that the Neo-Babylonish Kingdom started with the rulership of Nebuchadnezzar's father.

Daniel 2: 39-40
Please note that these revelations were revealed during the early part of Nebuchadnezzar reign, in fact, the bible says it was the second year of his reign as King of Babylon. 603 B.C
The kingdom of Babylon came to an end in 538 B.C. under the rulership of Nebuchadnezzar's grandson Belshazzar. This ushered in the Medo-Persian Empire followed by the Grecian Empire under the leadership of the famous King Alexander the Great who conquered the world at age 32. After this, we see the fourth kingdom of Iron in verse 40 represented by Rome when the Caesars ruled the earth which went up to the days of Christ. Rome ruled unbroken until 395 A.D. when Theodosis died and divided the empire between his two sons which represent the two legs of the Gentile Man, east and west Rome. Some years later it was divided into 10 divisions.

Daniel 2:42-45
We see the image of Rome present here but it is weakened by clay. One can see the conditions as they are now in our present time that the nations are separated and broken apart. These people have been engaged in the worst wars of the world's history which is in harmony with this prophecy. We can expect upheavals at different times during the remaining years of this dispensation.

Daniel 2:34,35,44,45 Luke 21:25-31
The time of iron and clay will be concluded with perplexities and signs in the heavens and on the earth according to Luke chapter 21. These signs will mark the time of the establishment of the 5th and last kingdom according to verse 45 of Daniel 2. This is the Kingdom restored to Israel at the return of the Messiah to be King. Revelations 11:15, the Nation of Israel is a vanguard of this Kingdom.

Lesson 3 The Resurrection of Christ not on Sunday

The Last Generation
“Revealing Truth to the Nation”
John 8:32
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Lesson 3
The Resurrection of Christ NOT on Sunday
Scripture Reading: John 19
Memory Verse Matthew 12:38-40

The Resurrection of Christ

1 After Christ was resurrected, when were visits made to the tomb?
Mark 16:1, 2.
2 Of what one thing in particular were they talking among themselves, as they went to the sepulcher?
verse 3.
3 What did they discover when they arrived at the tomb?
And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away: for it was very great, verse 4.
4 Did they find the body of Jesus, or had He left the tomb some time before this?
He is risen; He is not here: behold the place where they laid Him, verse 6.
5 As the above verse says, Christ was gone from the tomb early the first day of the week. What does the other witness, Luke, say?
Luke 24:1-3.
6 The evidence according to both Mark and Luke, is that Christ was gone when these visits were made. What does John testify on this subject?
John 20:1-2.
7 As these three gospels, Mark, Luke and John, all agree that when the visitors came to the tomb early the first day of the week, the stone at the door of the sepulcher was already rolled away. Christ was then resurrected and gone. What evidence have we as to the time when this stone was rolled away, and when Christ was really resurrected?
Matthew 28:1-6.
8 The earthquake occurred, the angels descended, and the stone was rolled away in the end of the Sabbath.
The events of Christ's resurrection occurred at this time. Christ Himself tells us, in Matthew 12:40, that the only sign He would give the world that He was the Messiah, was that He would be in the earth three days and three nights. Upon what day of the week would the crucifixion and burial have taken place?
Note: Three days and three nights before the end of the Sabbath (which is the day before the first day of the week, and therefore Saturday) count backwards from Saturday night three days and three nights. This takes us to Wednesday.
9 When did the prophet Daniel say Christ would be crucified, or cut off?
Daniel 9:27.
Note: While the week here has a prophetical meaning, and application with the seventy weeks, it also has a literal significance, and to this prophecy is given a two-fold meaning, as is the case with the seven heads of the beast in Revelation 17:9, 10.

Note: Evidence From Astronomy - The next day after the full moon was always the Passover. It was the 14th day of the Jewish month Nisan. "It was coincident with the Passover," Smith's Bible Dictionary, Leviticus 23:5.This year, A.D. 31, it fell on Wednesday. On this day Christ was crucified and laid in the tomb. "It was the preparation of the passover," or "high day" festival sabbath, John 19:14, 31, which came on the 15th of Nisan, Leviticus 23:6, 7.Jesus was alive and the tomb empty "In the end of the Sabbath," Matthew 28:1-7. "Late on the Sabbath," Revised version, He was in the tomb "Three days and three nights," Matthew 12:40.Count back three days and three nights from "Late on the Sabbath" and we have Wednesday evening the time of his burial. Thus God's great time-piece, the Heavens, Genesis 1:14; Psalm 19:1, speaking through the unerring science of Astronomy, confirms the Bible record of the time of the death and resurrection of Jesus.
10 Isn't it a fact according to John 19:31, that Christ was crucified the day before a Sabbath? The text reads:
John 19:31.
11 Was this the weekly Sabbath, or the Passover Sabbath, which was called the high day Sabbath?
For that sabbath day was a high day, verse 31.And it was the preparation of the passover, verse 14.
12
In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the Lord's Passover. And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the Lord, Leviticus 23:5, 6.
13
Seven days ye must eat unleavened bread, verse 6 last part of verse.
14
In the first day [first day of the feast], ye shall have an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein, verse 7.
Note: This fifteenth day of the month is kept as a Sabbath. The day before was the passover, when the lamb without blemish was slain and offered as a sacrifice for the sins of the people, Exodus 12:3-6. This lamb was a true type of Christ who is so often mentioned as the lamb of God. Christ was also crucified on the passover, which was the fourteenth day of this month, the same day the lamb had for hundreds of years been slain. The day after Christ's crucifixion, therefore, would be the passover Sabbath, or the high day Sabbath.

Lesson 2 Easter, Lent and Good Friday

The Last Generation
“Revealing Truth to the Nation”
John 8:32
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Lesson 2
Easter, Lent and; Good Friday
Scripture Reading: Deuteronomy 12
Memory Verse: Jeremiah 10:2,3
Easter, Lent, Good Friday

The Christian festival of Easter incorporates many pagan, or pre-Christian, traditions. The origin of its name is unknown. Scholars believe that it probably comes from Ä’astre, the Anglo-Saxon name of a Germanic goddess of spring and fertility. This derivation was proposed in the 8th century by English scholar Saint Bede. Ä’astre’s festival was celebrated on the day of the vernal equinox—the first day of spring. Traditions associated with her festival survive today in the Easter rabbit, a symbol of fertility, and in colored Easter eggs. Eggs were originally painted with bright colors to represent the sunlight of spring, and were used in Easter-egg rolling contests or given as gifts. Such festivals, and the stories and legends that explain their origin, were common in ancient religions. A Greek legend tells of the return of Persephone, daughter of Demeter, goddess of the earth, from the underworld to the light of day; her return symbolized to the ancient Greeks the resurrection of life in the spring after the desolation of winter. Many ancient peoples shared similar legends. Wiccans and other neopagans continue to hold festivals in celebration of the arrival of spring.
Microsoft ® Encarta ® 2006. © 1993-2005 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

The word “Easter is found only once in the King James Version Acts 12:4. It is from the same original that is used many places and translated “Passover” as for 1 Cor. 5:7. An only in recorded as Easter in the King James Bible. Did King James an his team of translators get it wrong?
The word “Easter” comes from the name of a pagan goddess the goddess of spring and is but a more modern form of ISHTAR, EOSTRE, OSTERA, or ASTARTE. Ishtar is another name for SEMIRAMIS of Babylon, NIMROD’S wife who claimed that after his death Nimrod became the SUN-GOD. Later she gave birth to an illegitimate son, TAMMUZ, claiming he was Nimrod reborn. This same Tammuz was killed by a wild boar at 40 years of age and so a “sacred Fast” of 40 days “weeping for Tammuz” was instituted by the pagan (also observed by backslidden Israel) see Ezekiel 8: 14.

1. “Hot Cross Buns” Is it Christian? As early as 1500 B.C such buns were used in the worship of the “Queen of Heaven” see Jeremiah 7: 18-20; 44: 17-19, 25(“cake” from “kavvan” means “bun”)
2. “Sunrise service” Is it Christian? Ezekiel 8:16 also 1 Kings 18:26
3. Discuss Matthew 15:8,9
4. What does God say about the customs of the Heathens? Jeremiah 10: 2, 3
5. Consider Job 14:4

Conclusion: Many Christians know the origin of their festivals. Many more are truly deceived. They all overlook history found in most encyclopedias and they overlook Jeremiah chapter 7 which tell us what happens to those who are victims of self deception mingled religion.

Four Beast of Daniel 7

Hi everyone! Hope your day has been a blessed one.

I know I have to speed up the posting. I am truly sorry about that, but as time rolls on it will get better and if you follow I know you wont be disappointed.

Today I am looking at THE FOUR GENTILE KINGDOMS IN SYMBOLS OF RAVENOUS BEASTS. Read Daniel Chapter 7

This posting looks at the vision of the prophet Daniel in 7th chapter of the book of Daniel. Where saw four beast, the lion, the bear, the Leopard and the non-descript beast with the ten horns. This vision was given to the prophet a number of years after he had interpreted Nebuchadnezzars vision in Daniel chapter 2 (see post on A Kings Dream)

Daniel 7:1-8 In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters. [2] Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea. [3] And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.
Just some notes now to help us out from the Dake's Study Bible:
[four]
Here we have the beginning of the vision in symbols. The interpretation is given in Daniel 7:17-27. The vision concerns the same kingdoms as symbolized by the great image in Daniel 2, with some additional facts. In Daniel 2 Nebuchadnezzar is shown the Gentile world kingdoms from his day to the second coming of Christ. They are pictured there, from man's standpoint, as a great and beautiful metallic image. In Daniel 7 God shows Daniel the same kingdoms from God's standpoint as ferocious wild wild beasts (Daniel 7:17).
c [winds] Winds in symbolic passages denote wars, strife, and judgments from God (Daniel 7:1-3; Daniel 8:7-13 with Jeremiah 25:32-33; Rev. 7:1-3).
d [great sea] Seas in symbolic passages represent peoples
(Daniel 7:17; Rev. 13:1; Rev. 17:1,15).
[beasts] Beasts in symbolic passages represent kingdoms (Daniel 7:17,23-24; Daniel 8:20-23; Rev. 17:8-11) and their rulers (Rev. 11:7; Rev. 13:18; Rev. 17:8).

BABYLON - 605-539 BC LION (Please note Babylon Started with Nebuchadnazzars father Nabopolassar- in 625 BC)

Now it is clear that the Head of Gold is Babylon. Since Daniel clearly tells Nebuchadazzars that he is that head of Gold in Daniel 2:38. In this later vision of Daniel in chapter 7 the Lion with eagles wings represents King Nebuchadnezzar in his lofty exalted condition before he was humbled and brought down to know that the Most High ruleth in the kingdoms of men. Daniel 4th chapter. It was 17 years after this vision was given to Daniel that Nebuchadnezzar lost his mind, and lived among the beasts of the field for seven years. In other words the events of Daniel 7 occured before the events of Daniel 4.

After this experience he was humble, Read Daniel 4:36, 37, calling attention to Chapter 7:4 where the wings were plucked from the lion which represented king Nebuchadnezzar, and he was made to stand upon his feeet as a man and a man's heart was given to him. (look out for and up coming post on Daniel 4 on Nebuchadnezzar Second Dream)

It was King Nebuchadnezzar who with his armies destroyed the great temple of Solomon at Jerusalem and the kingdom of Judah, since which time, there has been nonation of Israel until it's "Miraculous Rebirth" May 1948.

MEDO- PERSIA - 539-331 BC BEAR

[bear] This is a fitting symbol of Medo-Persia because of their cruelty, thirst after blood, robberies, and love of spoil (Isaiah 13:16-18; Jeremiah 51:48-56). A large species of bear is found in the mountains of Media.
b [one side] This symbolizes the strength of the Persians compared to the Medes. It is the same thought as the higher horn of the ram in Daniel 8:3—Cyrus the Persian who was greater than Darius the Mede (Daniel 5:31) and who came up last (2 Chron. 36:20-23; Ezra 1:1-8; Ezra 3:7; Ezra 4:5; Isaiah 44:28; Isaiah 45:1). This kingdom is mentioned in Daniel 5:24-31; in Daniel 6:1-28; in Daniel 7:5,17; in Daniel 8:1-4,20; in Daniel 10:1-20; in Daniel 11:1-2; Isaiah 13:17-22; Isaiah 21:2; 2 Kings 17:6; 2 Kings 18:11; Esther 1:1-9:3.
c [three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it] This symbolizes the conquest of Babylon, Lydia, and Egypt by the Medes and Persians. The bear devoured "much flesh."

GREECE- 331-168 BC LEOPARD

Now we come t o the third breast the leopard, representing the third empire that ruled the world viz. Alexander the great. This beast is of the cat family very quick and alert in it's movements. Then having wings made it exceedingly rapid in its conquests. Alexander conquered the world at the age of 32, and did the work in a very short time. It fits his movement and his work most perfectly.

Note the four heads on this beast. Then go to your history books or google it, you will see when Alexander died his empire was divided among his four generals. Lysimachus, Seleucu Nicator, Ptolemy and Cassander.

ROME- 168 BC - MID 4 TH CENTURY AD FIERCE BEAST

The next beast we see is the fourth beast. There was no beast in all creation which the Father could use in representing this fourth and last empire. It is therefore it is just called "A great and terrible beast strong exceedingly, and it had great iron teeth."
This represents the same period as the iron legs of the Gentile image in Chapter 2 of Daniel (note the reference to this beast teeth being of iron.)
Making this fourth last beast the Roman empire.

EUROPE- 476 AD TO PRESENT 10 HORNS

Wait a minute now, that's not all on this fourth beast. There's is the matter of the Ten horns, oh and that little horn too. I am going to conclude this post with extract from the book Daniel and Revelation by A.N Dugger, printed at Jerusalem, Israel, by the Mount Zion Reporter Press in the 1960's

"The Fourth Beast

Daniel was more particularly concerned about the fourth beast, and said, "Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast. . . and of the other which came up before whom three fell, even of the horn which had eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking great things. Thus he said, the fourth beast is the fourth kingdom upon the earth . . . and he shall devour the whole earth and break it in pieces. And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise, and another shall arise after them [The little horn the Papacy], and he shall be diverse from the first and shall subdue three kings. He shall wear out the saints of the Most High, and think to change times and laws, and they shall be given into his hands until a TIME AND TIMES AND DIVIDING OF TIME," (Daniel 7:19-25).The fourth kingdom was ROME for the angel said to Daniel "The fourth beast is the fourth kingdom to rule the earth," and this was Rome. This fact is made known in every history and encyclopedia of which there are many in libraries all over the land. This fourth beast represents Rome. Between the years A.D. 351 and 476, Rome had conquered and ruled the entire known world. Then true to the voice of the prophet the empire was divided into ten divisions, much of which remains until this day; Anglo-Saxon (England), Burgundians (Switzerland), Franks (France), Visogoths (Spain), Lombards (Italy), Allemani (Germany). Then there were the Suevi,Vandals, Ostrogoths, and Heruli.

The Period of the Little Horn

The scriptures forecast other developments that were to follow the division of the Roman empire into the above ten kingdoms. The angel said, "And another (horn) shall arise after them, and he shall be diverse from the first and shall subdue three kings" (verse 24).The career of the beast under this little horn leadership was to "wear out the saints of the Most High," and institute religious laws contrary to the customs and practices of the people of God. It was to be a religious hierarchy exercising both political and religious dominion. Just such a power did arise at that very period, and it is spoken of in all histories as "The Rise of The Papacy." Church and state were united, making indeed a dangerous union, and it was to think to change laws, also times, and was to subdue three of these ten kings. Its identity is known by the fact that Rome, beginning the Papal period, plucked up the kingdom of the Heruli, Vandals and Ostrogoths, which work was accomplished before the year 538 A.D., when the last of the three, the Ostrogoth kingdom, was plucked up.This period was to continue for "a Time, Times and the dividing of Time." A "Time" anciently was one year of 360 days. "Times" was always two years or 720 days, and a half a Time, would be half of 360 or 180. Adding these together we have 1,260 days. This was the period for the church, (the saints), to be under the dominion of this persecuting power. The scripture and history both show us that the ancient year had just 360 days. Now as we go over to the book of Revelation, we also find that Israel and the church, represented by the woman of chapter 12, was to be overpowered and persecuted by the beast. for the same period of time, and mentioned in the same language. Rev. 12:6, 14. In verse 6, this period is represented in clear terms, and said to be a thousand two hundred and three score (60) days, exactly 1260.History confirms this again with startling precision, when as a result of Napoleon's military expeditions, Rome was captured the year 1798 and church and state separated, with the pope banished on an island in the Mediterranean Sea. As the prophets have told us to take "each day for a year," this event of 1798 occurred exactly 1260 years after church and state were united the year 538 with the plucking up of the last of the three kings of Rome. The Old Family Bible, Bucks Theological Dictionary, Britannica Encyclopedia (old edition), and many older reliable authorities tell of the long period or persecution upon those who would not yield to the doctrine and to the authority of Rome. During this period, the Roman hierarchy not only persecuted the dissenters but also reached after the Jews. When Queen Isabella of Spain appointed the priest Torquemada as chief inquisitor in the year 1483, it marked the beginning of the tragic experience of Spanish Jews resulting in their expulsion in the year 1492.

Tampering With the Decalogue

"He shall think to change times and laws [in Chaldaic and in Hebrew, 'the Law']," Daniel 7:25. No other power fits into this prophetic picture. In order to make room for the adoration of images, the Roman church has virtually eliminated the second commandment which forbids such idolatrous worship. The time for the celebration of the Passover (Easter) was changed at the council of Nice 321 A.D. and placed on a fixed Sunday. Before this it was always celebrated at the same time as the Jews, viz., on the 14th of the first New Moon (month) of the spring equinox, the month of Abib. But the most daring challenge of God's authority consists in her attempt to change the Holy Sabbath from the 7th to the 1st day of the week. It was this power, the Papacy, that substituted the observance of Sunday The relic of SUN WORSHIP for the divinely ordained Seventh-day Sabbath, that everlasting memorial of creation. The Roman church willingly admits the responsibility or the change, which indeed fulfills this marvelous prophecy given by the prophet Daniel, that the Beast under the little horn, would think to change laws.It was not the practice of the early apostolic church to meet on the first day of the week as is erroneously claimed today by millions of people, many of whom are innocently deceived, in taking hearsay for facts which cannot be proven from the scriptures. Since Israel has now come back as a nation, there is one place in the world where the true Sabbath is observed. Buses and trains stop running on the Sabbath here, and all business is closed. The Holy Spirit calls this day the Sabbath 55 times in the New Testament while the first day of the week is only spoken of eight times, and only called "The First Day of The Week," and nothing more. Not once is it mentioned as a sacred or holy day and not even as a customary meeting day of the apostles.

The Beast Under the Little Horn Fulfilled This Prophecy

The message of our day is, "If any man worship the Beast and his image, the SAME SHALL DRINK OF THE WINE OF THE WRATH OF GOD."The wrath of God mentioned here is the "Seven Last Plagues." See Revelation 15:1, and 16:1. Hence this last message, "The Third Message," (Rev. 14:9) is a warning to the world of the approach of these plagues, those who will be affected and those who will escape. The religious denominations not giving out this warning message will surely receive of these plagues, and be counted as beast worshippers. The apostle Paul says, "The one to whom you yield yourself a servant to obey, his servant you are whom you obey," Romans 6:16. Beware, dear reader, of BEAST WORSHIP. This is a message for these last days. Many of our forefathers did not know what is now coming to light and they will be judged accordingly. Thousands of pure hearted loving persons have observed Sunday, believing it was the Sabbath of the Commandment, and they will not be lost. They did not live in the days of the "Closing Message." They will not be condemned for what they did not, and could not know, but it is quite a different matter with us, who have been permitted to live in this age when "knowledge has been increased" - in the time of the end. (Dan. 12:4-10). Those whom the Father has ordained to be saved, He has given this message, and He will help them by the presence of His Holy Spirit to walk in the light, and also be a light to others. The Armageddon beast is this same beast under the little horn career, after its "deadly wound has been healed," (Rev. 13:3), which was inflicted upon the Roman Empire when she was dismembered, and church and state separated under the wars of Napoleon. We are living in the time when the wound has been healed and the spiritual power of Rome is again witnessed and felt. The prophet Daniel predicted that this power would presume to tamper with God's immutable law, the Ten Commandments. We quote from "The Convert's Catechism of Catholic Doctrine," by Rev. Peter Geiermann, p. 50, second edition, which work received the "apostolic blessing" of Pope Pius X, January 25. 1910:

Ques. - "Which is the Sabbath day?"

Ans. - "Saturday is the Sabbath day."

Ques. - "Why do we observe Sunday instead of Saturday?"

Ans. - "We observe Sunday instead of Saturday because the Catholic Church, in the Council of Laodicea (A.D. 1364), transferred the solemnity from Saturday to Sunday."We quote from another Catholic source:

Ques. - "Have you any other way of proving the Catholic Church has the power to institute festivals of precept?"

Ans. - "Had she not such power she could not have done that in which all modern religionists agree with her - she could not have substituted the observance of Sunday the first day of the week for the observance of Saturday, the seventh day, a change for which there is no Scriptural authority." "

A Doctrinal Catechism," by Rev. Stephen Keenan, approved by the Most Rev. John Hughes, D.D.

We will cite one more testimony from a Roman Catholic source, namely, a letter from Cardinal Gibbons, to Mr. John A. Ashley, of Rock Hall, Md.:

"Cardinal's Residence,

"John R. Ashley, Esq.

"Dear Sir:

In answer to your first question, directed by the cardinal to reply to your letter, I will say:

"Who changed the Sabbath?"

Ans - "The Holy Catholic Church."

"Are Protestants following the Bible or the Holy Catholic Church in keeping Sunday?

"Ans. - "The Protestants are following the custom introduced by the Holy Catholic Church."

"The Protestants do contradict themselves by keeping Sunday, and at the same time profess to be guided by the Bible only."

"I am, Faithfully yours, Fr. Thomes, Chancellor.

"To sum up our investigation: The inspired prophet foretold many centuries in advance that a religious power would attempt to change the Decalogue. We found that such an attempt was made by the Papacy. We also learned that the Catholic Church confesses that she has instituted this change and that this substitution is contrary to the Scriptures, both of the Old and New Testaments. Thus, by the combined testimony of the Scriptures, of history, and of the Catholics themselves, we have ascertained that it was the papacy who presumed to make a breach in the immutable law of God. How could the prophet Daniel so accurately describe this power centuries before its actual rise, unless he received divine illumination?

Conclusion Of Chapter 7

We go back now to verse 9, where the events are pre-announced that would happen at the end of the 1,260 years allotted to the Papal Horn. It reads: "I beheld UNTIL the thrones were cast down and the Ancient of Days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool. His throne was like the fiery flame. . . . The judgment was set and the books were opened."Note that on the previous pages this 1,260-year period that the "Little Horn" was to do its work ended the year 1798. Then following this, "Daniel BEHELD UNTIL the thrones were cast down." This clearly suggests a period of time following 1798 when: "Thrones would be cast down."This is exactly what has happened. During World Wars One and Two, about all of the thrones of Europe were cast down, and these nations are now ruled by dictators, etc. The King of Egypt has also been dethroned and truly this pre-announcement of our day has been most wonderfully fulfilled. Now we pass on to verses 26 to 28 where Daniel repeats the closing events of this age that follow this "beholding period" for the thrones to be cast down. He says concerning the Little Horn, "Judgment shall sit and they shall take away his dominion to consume and destroy it to the end."This also marvelously agrees with other prophecies concerning this same power just before the Messiah returns in His kingdom. Here is the next and final event which is very near: "And the Kingdom of dominion and greatness of the Kingdom UNDER THE WHOLE HEAVEN (not up in heaven) shall be given to the saints of the Most High."Note again verses 13 and 14: "1 saw in the night vision and behold one like the SON OF MAN came to the ANCIENT OF DAYS [the Creator] . . . and there was given Him dominion and glory, and a kingdom that all people, nations and languages should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and His kingdom that which shall not be destroyed."Our beloved Messiah is here called the "Son of God," Who is soon to come with all His mighty angels in great power and glory to deliver Israel, to resurrect the righteous dead, and to give this everlasting Kingdom to "the little flock" - Luke 12:32 - Israel, all who have been adopted into the family of Abraham though Christ. Also many from the Gentiles. See Galatians 3:26 to 29: "If you are Christ's then are you Abraham's seed and heirs according to the promises." These will be left among the living and changed to never dying creatures at His coming. - I Thess. 4:16, 17; I Corinthians 15:51 to 53; Rev. 11:15, etc."

There is More yet to come stay tuned. Thank for reading, feel free to leave a comment.

God Bless
